About Us / Quals Ms. Burnett is a specialist in affordable housing with
low income housing tax credits and bond financing. Her background of more
than 20 years in the industry includes directing the valuation and consulting
division of a national consulting firm specializing in low income housing
tax credits. Ms. Burnett holds the MAI designation and obtained both her
bachelor’s and master’s degrees from Gonzaga University. Ms. Burnett is
a member of the National Council of Affordable Housing Market Analysts
(NCAHMA) and is also serving as the Chairperson of the Standards Committee. Mr. Thiel is a specialist in multi-family housing valuation.
His expertise includes market studies and appraisals of market-rate and
affordable housing. His 15-plus years of experience include a senior associate
position with a national valuation services firm. Mr. Thiel holds the
MAI designation and a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering from
Montana State University. Mr. Thiel currently serves as the Secretary
and as a Director of the San Diego Chapter of the Appraisal Institute
and is also a member of NCAHMA. Mr. Wilson, president and CEO of Goldrush Realty Advisors
Inc., is a specialist in appraisal and consulting services for all types
of multi-family housing and complex residential properties. He is the
former director of a national valuation services firm and has over 20
years of experience in the real estate industry. Mr. Wilson holds the
MAI designation and obtained his bachelor’s degree in economics from the
University of Kansas. Mr. Wilson has served as President of the San Diego
Chapter of the Appraisal Institute and is a member of NCAHMA. Mr. Drewes is a California Certified General Appraiser and
Member of the Appraisal Institute (MAI). Mr. Drewes is also an approved HUD, FHA
and MAP appraiser. Mr. Drewes specializes in complex residential appraisal
assignments including conventional multi-family, Low Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC),
HUD MAP program, FHA, condominium conversions, land subdivisions, construction
loans, and mobile home parks. |
